Summary
Public spaces – like streets, local public markets, parks, public squares, and beaches – play a big role in making a city livable. They can work toward health and well-being, gender equality, decent work, and climate action, all of which are sustainable development goals outlined by the UN. This Project Playbook contains projects by local groups working with HealthBridge across the globe. The projects consist of small-scale built-environment changes in markets, parks, and streets and each cost under $1500 USD to create and implement.
