An has recently joined HealthBridge in October 2018 as the Country Director for HealthBridge Vietnam, responsible for overseeing all programs in Vietnam.

She graduated from Hanoi Medical School and gained Master of Women’s Health in Society at School of Public Health, The University of Melbourne, Australia. Before joining HealthBridge, she has several years of experience working as a child development and a child rights expert at Plan International and as the Deputy Country Director of CBM Vietnam (an organization working to promote the rights of people with disability). She has been a strong advocator for child right related policies. She actively involved in writing NGO’s Complimentary Convention of the Rights of the Child Reports and the independent report on the Rights of Persons with Disability to the UN Committees. She also has rich experience in project and program management and development.
