Pham Thi Hoang Anh joined HealthBridge in January 2004 as Director of Mainstreaming Tobacco Control in Vietnam. She has been Country Director, Vietnam, since October 2006.

She is responsible for overseeing the management, implementation, and reporting of all projects conducted by the Vietnam Office, serves as tobacco control program manager, and provides technical guidance to project staff on the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of their projects. Before joining HealthBridge, she was a leading epidemiologist for more than 20 years at the National Cancer Hospital in Hanoi.
