Pham Thi Thu Ha is Senior Administrator in HealthBridge’s Vietnam Office, where she has worked since December 2005.

Ha graduated from Hanoi National University, College of Foreign Languages, with a Bachelor of Arts in English and American Literature and Language and a Diploma in Pedagogy. She worked at AC Nielsen and CARE International in Vietnam before joining HealthBridge.

Ha works with the Country Director to plan and manage all administration functions for the smooth running of the office, and provides support to the programming teams. She is responsible for the overall administration management system, Human resource Management and for supporting the development of administration policies and procedures. These are compatible with Vietnamese regulations and policies for international non-governmental organisations in Vietnam.

In addition, Ha represents HealthBridge at meetings involving PACCOM, DIPSERCO, the NGO Resource Center and other NGOs.
