Elvis is a Public Health Specialist with diverse interests in primary health care, global health policies, health system strengthening, non-communicable diseases and digital health. He holds a master of Public Health and is a Registered Nurse/Midwife. He has also acquired a wide range of skills in medical emergency, Reproductive health, HIV and AIDS, Practical Project Planning and Management, human rights and gender among other short courses. He has previously worked in the public, private and non-governmental sectors in a number of sub-Saharan countries coordinating project activities and overseeing implementation process through monitoring and evaluation and support in capacity building. Currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Germany focusing on non-communicable disease into HIV programs in Malawi & Zambia.
