
Dr. Elvis is a Public Health expert and Epidemiologist with diverse interests in primary health care, global health policies, health system strengthening, non-communicable diseases and digital health. He has previously worked in the public, private and non-governmental sectors in Europe and a number of sub-Saharan countries coordinating project activities in the areas of HIV, TB, Health system strengthening, sexual and reproductive including GBV and overseeing implementation process through monitoring and evaluation and support in capacity building.
He holds a PhD in Public Health & Epidemiology, and has also acquired a wide range of skills in medical emergency, Reproductive health, HIV and AIDS, Practical Project Planning and Management, human rights and gender among other short courses.
