Veronica is a management-side labour and employment lawyer in Ontario, Canada. Her practice is primarily focused on advising public and quasi-public organizations in the health care and social services sectors on all aspects of labour and employment law, including employment standards, performance management, occupational health and safety, and human rights matters. Veronica also supports employers in labour relations matters, including grievance handling and collective bargaining. She has appeared before various tribunals, civil courts, and arbitration hearings. Veronica holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Waterloo, as well as a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa.
