Summary
Gender-based violence (GBV) is a pervasive issue in both rural and urban areas of Bangladesh. Despite the urgent need, there is no formal referral system to support survivors, particularly women, adolescents, and children, facing various forms of violence. A referral system is essential to provide GBV survivors with on-time, safe, and confidential access to quality and multi-sectoral services.
