Professional Office Space to Share in Downtown Ottawa

HealthBridge Foundation of Canada is looking for an organization to share office space on Nicholas Street in the market area.

We have up to four offices available with windows and a west facing view.

• The average office size is 126 sq. ft. and each office can comfortably fit two work stations
• The cost is $29.60/sq ft.
• Secure building with a security guard at reception
• Storage space available
• Amenities: kitchen and boardroom

The offices are available immediately. HealthBridge is also willing to share equipment (photocopier/fax, telephone system), at a cost, if desired.

We are asking for a minimum one year commitment.
