On a recent episode of Ideas on CBC radio the work of one of our colleagues, Dr. Rachel Bezner Kerr was highlighted.

Starting at the 32 minute mark, the recent history of agriculture in Malawi is described, and Rachel’s work with Soils, Food and Healthy Communities is described in northern Malawi starting at the 40 minute mark. Rachel has been working in this area for over a dozen years, and it is wonderful to see her success, and the success of the farmers, being recognized.

HealthBridge contributions to this work are summarized in a couple scientific papers. It is wonderful to be associated with such a success.
