Nguyen Bao Ngoc joined HealthBridge Vietnam in February 2023 as Project & Admin Assistant for the Tobacco Control and Non-Communicable Disease Prevention Program. Since August 2024, Ngoc is working as a Project Officer on HealthBridge's project to advocate for sugar sweetened beverages tax.

Ngoc graduated from Diplomatic Academy with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Law. She had 3 years of experience in the social development sector, especially Child Sponsorship, before joining HealthBridge Vietnam. During this period, she was in charge of coordinating child-focused activities and strengthening the connection between donor sponsors and child beneficiaries. She also had experience in the education field in a short term.
