Phan Hoang Ha

Phan Hoang Ha holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, graduating in 2022. Since June 2023, she has served as a project assistant at the Center for Creative Initiatives in Health and Population, focusing on tobacco control and sex education initiatives. Her key responsibilities include drafting reports, coordinating workshops, and managing project logistics. Prior to this role, she completed two internships at GIZ and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she assisted in organizing high-profile events and handling various administrative tasks. In addition to her professional experience, Ha has been recognized for her leadership and academic achievements, including receiving a Silver Medal at the 2016 Kaohsiung International Invention and Design Expo. She also represented Vietnamese youth at the 7th Asian and Pacific Population Conference and is currently a candidate for the Ascend 2024: Leadership Development for the Future of Tobacco Control program organized by the Institute for Global Tobacco Control (IGTC) at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
