Vin University and the HealthBridge Foundation of Canada in Vietnam officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking the establishment of a strategic partnership in the field of public health.

The event brought together nearly 500 participants including representatives from international organizations, embassies, development agencies, and foreign businesses, alongside Vietnamese government ministries, local authorities, social organizations, and research institutes.

When smoke-free laws are not properly enforced, it takes away from the enjoyment of public spaces and exposes everyone, especially the most vulnerable, to health risks.

Vietnam has made important progress in nutrition, but challenges remain—especially for women and children in remote, rural, and ethnic minority communities.

On June 24, 2025, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) of Son La, in collaboration with HealthBridge Foundation of Canada, organized a final workshop for the “Improving reproductive health and preventing child marriage in Nepal & Vietnam” project. The event took place in Son La city and brought together 85 participants representing national and provincial authorities, international organizations, schools, healthcare institutions, and local community groups.

In Vietnam, HealthBridge and the Vietnam Ministry of Health (MOH) are working together to make guidance available for improving accessibility of vital health information in ethnic minority communities and remote regions.

On October 6th, 2024 Vietnam’s Ministry of Health (MOH) approved a revision of the national guideline for providing reproductive health services. HealthBridge is proud to have collaborated with the MOH in this important process.

The Cities Peer Exchange on Safe Street Transformations provided a platform for cities to collaborate, share insights, and explore strategies for creating safer, more livable streets for everyone.
